I’m celebrating facilitating team retreats with a powerful, playful and outdoorsy spin!
I had the privilege of facilitating strategy and teambuilding retreats for some incredible teams lately (especially for my old love Mercy Corps). Seeing teams build the trust and do the work that helps them dream, plan and weather difficult transitions together lights me up. AND we made it fun, engaging and took it outdoors whenever possible, even with remote participant.
